I believe it is everyone’s right to be healthy, even if you were not born that way. In my years working in the nutritional field, I have seen restorative miracles happen when people eat consciously and lead a healthy life style.  On the other hand, I have seen others who are not healthy eaters suffer and succumb to their illnesses.

I started that path at a young age. Like many teenagers I was indecisive over which career path to follow.  I loved to cook, thought about being a chef, but a friend recommend I look into dietetics.  At the same time, I was required to research and write a term paper for my biology class.  I chose the subject of nutritional deficiencies that cause birth defects.  After writing the paper and understanding importance of nutrients and the benefits of eating a well-balanced variety of highly nutritious foods, I was hooked.  I made up my mind to enter into to the field of nutrition.

For the last 35+ years, I have studied, researched, consulted with and taught natural nutrition and herbal health approaches to doctors and lay people alike.  I have also written, published, broadcasted and lectured extensively on wholistic restorative methods for human and animal health. In May 2012 I celebrated the release of my book, The Skin, Tongue and Nails Speak: Observational Signs of Nutritional Deficiencies.

Presently, I own and run Unique Perspective in Loveland, Colorado. I have a private practice, as a consultant, lecturer and author, and lovingly tend to my chickens, organic vegetable and herb gardens.
